Service Agreement

Recurring services (Quarterly Pest Control, Termite Protection Plan, and any add-on subscriptions) are governed by a signed service agreement that locks in monthly pricing and establishes the scope of covered pests and re-service rights.

Pricing

Published pricing applies to standard residential properties with an active service agreement. Pricing may vary for larger homes, commercial properties, multi-site accounts, or customers without an active service agreement.

Warranty

Standalone treatments include a satisfaction window during which Noble Pest & Termite will re-treat if the original pest problem persists. Specific warranty periods vary by service; see your service ticket.

Cancellation

Liability

Noble Pest and Termite LLC carries general liability and applicator insurance. All applications are performed under a valid Texas Department of Agriculture license.
