Is this insurance?
Legally no — it's a service subscription with treatment coverage built in. Functionally, it acts as a safety net against a common, expensive home-repair scenario.
What if termites are already active in my home?
The Plan is designed to cover future activity. If we find an active infestation during the initial inspection, we'll quote the appropriate treatment (trenching or topical) and then the Plan covers you going forward.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. See our cancellation policy for the current-term details.
Do I also need quarterly pest control?
They are separate. Many customers bundle both — pest control handles everyday bugs, the Protection Plan covers the big financial risk of termites. You can subscribe to one, the other, or both.
